Peter Taylor, founder and president of Atlantic Marine Underwriters, has decided to retire from the daily operation of the company, with immediate effect.
For an interim period, Peter will continue to be available to assist with the smooth transition of Atlantic Marine’s portfolio to Aldis Underwriting Managers.

Peter founded Atlantic Marine in 1999 after holding various senior positions within the marine insurance industry. During his 30 year career Peter has been an active member of the Canadian Board of Marine Underwriters, Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association, the Canadian Importers Association, Marine Club and the Toronto Marine Loss Group.

We wish Peter all the best in his retirement and thank him for his contribution to the company and the marine insurance industry.
