This new product from AMU and Totten Insurance Group combines the benefits of our Load Broker Legal Liability Policy along with Property, CGL and many other coverages.

We are pleased to outline below all the criteria for the program along with a summary of coverages.

Criteria

• Must be hydrant protected.

• Must be located in masonry or non-combustible building.

• Age or updating (electrical, plumbing and roof) less than 20 years old unless the construction is non-combustible.

• Product designed to pick up all offices situated in buildings with offices only or dwelling occupancies

• Good physical burglary protection.

• Acceptable claims experience to be 1 claim in 3 years.

• Theft coverage limited to on-site, except if scheduled.

• If contents include more that $5,000.00 in computer hardware monitored alarm system must be protecting the premises.

Includes equipment usual to the business of the insured and tenants improvements in the blanket amount.
